3. OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are cosmetic products intended for personal use.
We recommend performing a patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
We take reasonable care to display our products, shades, packaging, and colours accurately. However, the appearance of colours may vary depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions, and individual skin tone.
Our products may be manufactured internationally through third-party manufacturing and distribution partners. We require products supplied for sale to meet applicable regulatory and product safety requirements in the markets in which they are sold.
4. ORDERS

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Most orders within the United Kingdom are delivered within approximately 3–8 business days from the date the order is placed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, high order volumes, or other logistical disruptions.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Glorane offers a 90-day return period on eligible products.
For a standard change-of-mind return, the product must be:
• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In resalable condition
• With any original hygiene or security seal intact
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns.
